I cannot update my accounts since 09/15/2023 my bank is CGD of Portugal. what happened ?

I am a long-time customer of Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) in Portugal. I recently purchased a premium subscription to the CGD Wallet app, which I was excited to use to manage my finances more easily. However, I have been unable to sync my banking information with the app.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps that Wallet´s team has provided, but I have been unsuccessful. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but I have not received any help.
This issue is causing me a great deal of inconvenience. I cannot use the app to view my balance, make payments, or track my spending.
I am very disappointed with the CGD Wallet premium subscription. I feel like I have wasted my money. I am considering switching banks so that I can use a more reliable app.

Wallet and CGD, please fix this issue. I am a loyal customer, and I want to be able to use your app.
