1. Link, merge or reimbursement feature

   There are some transactions which should have nullify effect on our budgeting like:
   • Purchase return: fully or partial
   • Transactions failure(debited then credited)
   • Group expenses with single or multiple friends
   • Reimbursement(office expenses, business trips etc. which are reimbursable)

   Due to all these transactions, both our expenses and income increases which will result wrong statistics.

   Current Solution
   First of all, use the split feature feature if the transaction have partial reimbursable part.
   1. Create a sub-subcategory or rename any sub-category
   2. You can make 1 sub-subcategory for both debit & credit or 2 different for debit & credit transactions.
   3. Now create a filter to exclude that/those sub subcategory , and need to use filter every time.

   Problems in this solution
   • Need to use filter every time
   • Need to remember to exclude those categories every time while making a new budget.

   Proposed Solutions
   1. Link/merge transactions: Link or merge both the debit and credit transaction into a single transaction so that the transaction amount will become 0. And now it will not affect the stats because of single transaction with 0 amount. This can solve the current problems but have their own problems such as:
   • Linking 2-3 transactions will be easy to find and merge like in case of transactions failure, or purchase return but in case of reimbursement, what if there is 15+ reimbursable transaction(at work or business trip) in a month and next month we get reimbursed. It will be difficult to find and  link too many transactions.
   • This new feature will only increase the work to find those transactions and link them.

   1. What if the work will not increase and also get the purpose we need. What purpose? Exclude those transactions from income and expenses so actual stats will be shown. There is already have a feature which can be used by doing some improvements in it. That is Debt category which we used for group expenses. E.g. spend 100 for 4 person 25 each including me. Split 100 into 4 of 25. One 25 will go to specific category and remaining 3 will go to debt category and Debt feature is used for lent to 3 person. And receiving from them also go to debt category. And add that record in debt feature. That's it. In this case debt amount will come into cash flow stats but not "spending stats" and "income & expense stats". This is what we need from those nullify transaction also.

   So we can also use debt category for those transactions also if anyone want to do. But it will be very useful to have more categories like debt which are out of income & expenses stats but include in cash flow stats.
   Suggestions for categories: Reimbursement, Purchase return, Null, Void, or can move the already "custom categories" which is extra. And also can move "business trips category" from transportation because this is not our actual expense.
   Creating this new categories will be good to solve this issue but should also have easy to select, not through search icon and typing. These extra categories should also be seen like most frequent categories slot which is just above all the various categories when selecting a category for a transaction.

2. Additional icons, non-removable labels and category editing

   Add more icons, at least the ones that are more or less frequent for many people. Now, for example, there are many subscription services. Music, movies, games, etc. I would like to have these icons. Why are there no sport icons in the app? Why are there no icons for products, because meat, fish, chicken, vegetables and fruits are the fundamental ingredients for most. And if users create subcategories for products, then I think many people create them for themselves. Why is there no tea or coffee icon? After all, people can often (for example, every day) go to coffee houses. Icons for different types of fast food establishments (pizza, burger, hot dog, donuts, desserts, sushi, etc.) would also be useful. Icons for recreation places (parks, water parks, amusement parks, saunas, baths, swimming pools, bowling, billiards, etc.). Places for cultural recreation (theater, opera and ballet, music concerts, orchestra). Why is there nothing else besides the t-shirt icon for clothes? It would be possible to add at least shoes, since this can also be a separate item of expenditure (after all, shoes are not exactly cheap), not to mention the rest. At least you can take separate categories, for example, warm clothes, light clothes, shoes). It would also be possible to add icons for the car, for example, fuel is one of the main expenses, but besides this, several times a year, expenses are required for repairing tires, undercarriage, body repair (change or upgrade), purchases of auto accessories (chemistry, fluids for keeping the car clean, rags, covers), washing the car every week or month, aligning the wheels after changing the winter wheels to summer ones and vice versa. Don't forget about such expenses as self-care, beauty salons or hairdressers, massage services, spas, etc. It's just that you have a very meager set of icons, which are critically few and because of this I can't set everything up properly. Here, an important role is played by the fact that the application cannot delete or add a category. I would like to decide what I need. For example, I do not need all of the ready-made categories and I rename them. But there are a fixed number of them and I have to puzzle over how to set them up so that I can fall under the right number of main categories. And those that do not fit, I have to send in subcategories. It is very uncomfortable. Your application is one of the best in design, but this is the first time I have encountered such a limitation with categories. When I tried your application, I immediately bought it, but I did not expect that in the end there would be such an inconvenience in functionality. I would also like to see the "debt / return" functions added. And lastly, remove the three emoji with shit, heart and emoticons from labels. Because they are not there in the web version, but in the mobile application, when editing shortcuts, they are not there, and I cannot delete them. Please add all of this, I absolutely love the app and would love to see you grow.

4. Add reimbursement feature

   Add a reimbursement feature where it's possible to allocate an income (for e.g. from a devolution) to a previous expense. This would reflect in the expense dashboard as decreasing that expense category.

8. Filter unconfirmed

   Dear Budgetbakers.

   The recent addition of the confirmation is simply awesome, it is now much easier to track down records recently approved by the bank and finalize them.

   There's just one step missing that would make the solution absolutely perfect - a way to filter out confirmed records and focus on unconfirmed.

   Please consider adding such a filter.

11. grouping records

    Introduce records grouping option. for example, I have an account of my daily expense. and I have bought a desktop and its accessories. and I did not buy them in same month also. when I want to see that transaction in one place, either I have to label them, or I need to create a separate account. and I already have many labels and other accounts also, So this is very hard to maintain many accounts.

    To solve this problem, best way to introduce records grouping. And there will be a main record or default record, the date or month or week will be calculated on basis of that week. this will help us on many other problems. like we have purchased an item, after few days, we return it. we don't want to calculate the returned amount on next month as an income. so, we can group them.

12. Income Category

    I cannot understand why the Income Category (and its subcategories) can also be given an Expenditure value.
    I think there should be categories for income only, and categories for expenses only. Possibly a category that could be said to be "neutral," such as RECONCILIATION/REFUNDS. To me, it is implausible to see STIPLE as an expense item (at least that you are not an entrepreneur)...or a SALE with a negative value! (for me they should be categories with only positive values)

14. REST API to add/read records from Wallet

    Currently wallet doesn't have option to auto-read from SMS transactions.
    To overcome this, I am planning to write the SMS parser myself, but the principal limitation to that is I can't automate adding records to wallet.
    REST APIs to add/get records from Wallet would be greatly helpful.

15. Add totals in the Budgets and Goals tab

    Please include totals for the period such as:
    - the total amount of all planned budgets;
    - the total amount of all current expenses;
    - and most importantly, the remaining amount, that is, the current amount minus the total amount.

    This will help to understand how much money is needed until the end of the period to stay in the budget.

    I have been a daily user of your app on Android, but today I changed my device to an iOS and I can’t find the debts section here in iPhone. Is this feature exclusive for android? Because the debts feature is so useful for me and i would like to have in the iOS version.

    Wallet was initially created for Android, so we have more features on this version right now. Some features are missing on iOS and Web version such as debts, but our developers actively work on features that will give the users more control over their individual settings.

18. Advanced transfer

    I have a problem with the transfer.
    I have two accounts from the same bank. One in my name, the other in the name of my daughter (who is a minor). I transfer an allowance every week (always amounts under 7.5) with an automatic service that the bank provides.
    Well these transfers despite occurring on the same day are not read as transfers!
    If I try to change the expense (or income) as a transfer, it only makes me enter the manual account, or the off-wallet account.
    It would be useful to be able to select all accounts for transfer, and by selecting one, the system should check if within a range of a given date (say one to five days) it matches a specific amount opposite, so that it can match the correct entry.

    Example if I transfer by bank transfer 100 euros on December 30 from ACCOUNT X to ACCOUNT Y. The amount is credited on January 3 to Account Y.
    The system recognizes 100 from Account X as Unknown Expense, while in Account Y it recognizes the sum as Unknown Income.
    Account Y has on January 2 another income of 100 euros. Classified as a poker winnings!
    Now, I want the transaction that was credited on January 3 to be recognized as a TRANSFER.
    I modify the 100 euro expense in account X and set it as a transfer.
    From the list of accounts it shows me all accounts present ( both synchronized and manual). I set account Y as the recipient of the transfer (with a maximum of 5 days difference from the expense), the system should find all positive amounts that are equal to 100 euros, and report them to me in a list. So it should report to me:
    100 euro - Poker winnings - January 2
    100 euro - Unknown Entry - January 3.
    Obviously I would dock the January 3 entry for the transfer.

    A similar functionality is offered by Spendee and I must admit that for me it was very convenient to "hook" transfers not detected automatically.
    I switched to the Lifetime version because compared to Spendee there are many more features ... but also some flaws.
    I hope this feature will be integrated

19. Ability to start tagging uncleared transactions

    It takes days for transactions to clear and by that time I have forgotten about what they are. It would be nice if they were immediately taggable. Or at least make a note about them somehow for later.

20. lack of options on the website

    the website is missing some information, for example, I cannot see the Budgets assigned to the categories (e.g. food, travel etc.), I cannot enter future payments, and I cannot change my email address. it would be very important that this information could be entered and changed by us on the website
