  1. lack of options on the website

    the website is missing some information, for example, I cannot see the Budgets assigned to the categories (e.g. food, travel etc.), I cannot enter future payments, and I cannot change my email address. it would be very important that this information could be entered and changed by us on the website

    We encourage more users to come forward and express their interest in these features. Once it gains more traction and we see a higher demand for it, we can pass it over to the developers for their consideration.

  2. Fix planned payment card in web app

    From web app the Planned Payment card does not show planned payments, while in Android there are all of them, in the same Planned Payment card

    There is a big out-of-sync issue between Web interface and Android app that makes us very confused.

    Of course, the great request would be keeping than sync and improve web features too.

    But, if not, then enable only SYNC'ed features between Android App and https://web.budgetbakers.com/dashboard

    Example: Categories are not being synced, and it is great added value if could be edited via web.
    Also: if possible to keep registers and other features in both app and web
    Import is very important via web

  4. Remove automatic sign out

    Recently the webapp got automatic sign out "feature". While it sounds like a good idea, not being able to disable it or having a "keep me signed in" is plain bad.

    Especially because I have to wait over 2min for the synchronization to finish for every login. This makes using the app a horrible experience.

    Please allow us to stay signed in as it was before.

  5. Refund my money for purchasing Budgetbakers

    I purchased Budgetbakers and immediately found the web app doesn't support my mortgage. I want a refund and don't understand how to get this. Please can I have my money back?

  6. Add a dark mode for the web app.

    As a user who's bought a perpetual license, it would make my life a lot easier if the web app had a dark mode like the mobile apps.

    Please add two factor authentication to the web app. There is sensitive information in the application that deserves more protection. Signing in to the application should be notified via e-mail.

    The option "Website language" is not persisting, at Settings -> General . Each time the session is restarted it goes back to English.

  12. List of supported/requested banks

    It would be really helpful to have complete list of supported banks on the web without need of installing the app itself. To download the app and create account only to find out that your bank is not supported is disappointing.
    The public list of requested banks with possibility to vote also seems as better option than Google form for requesting one, where you actually don't have any feedback(was I the only one with such request or are there hundreds of us?).

  17. "This month" instead of "Last 30 days"

    Hi Team,
    I suggest to set the query interval in the records menu on the web interface. Now the "Last 30 days" are the default. I think for many of us here the "This month" would be important and default as well and not the "Last 30 days".

  19. Where is the budget on the web interface? Please make it like "EveryDollar" or "Mint" apps. Please keep the flows simple.

    The web and mobile interfaces need to be identical, as any disparity between them can lead to user confusion. I am unable to locate the budget feature on the web interface, and as a long-term user, it is frustrating to observe this essential component missing on the web platform. I kindly request that you introduce straightforward workflows on the web, mirroring the functionality found in apps such as "Mint" and "EveryDollar." By doing so, you will be in direct competition with these platforms; otherwise, you are not currently on par with them.
