I believe you mean, you'd like for it to have a default filter that has income/expense without transfers. You can create this via the web app itself.
Go to Analitics > Income & Expense Report > Record Types > Select Income & Expense > Select save via filter. Thank you.

I used the lenses a lot and I also have scheduled transfers, but are these functions not available on ios?
