  2. I purchased the app over the weekend (Premium). I was interested in the function of synchronization with bank accounts. I set up my 4 CZ acc

    I purchased the app over the weekend (Premium). I was interested in the function of synchronization with bank accounts.
    I set up my 4 CZ accounts (Raiffeisen, Air, Fio, CSOB). Status and old operations downloaded fine.
    However, the status in the Wallet has not been updated since then. Even though Wallet claims it has been updated.
    The feature I paid for is not working! How should I request a refund?

    why can't I buy a lifetime subscription from my phone?
    and if I buy from a PC, will the lifetime subscription remain on the phone?

  4. My banks will not integrate.

    I would like to request a refund, as I am not able to integrate my bank accounts. When I purchased the premium subscription, I believed that I would be able to integrate my banks, but the bank integration continues to fail for two of my banks, even though they are on the list of banks we are able to integrate. I love the Wallet set up, but it is not useful if I cannot sync my information.

  6. What is your plan or roadmap with Budgetbakers/WalletApp?

    Hi guys, what is the plan of the company with this app? I ask sinceraly. You don't need to lie me because I paid the lifetime premium plan.
    Because everybody see new apps like spendee, monarch or toshl for example with great improvements and greats features but in this case, this app is like we stay stuck in the past. No great changes in the last updates, the web app sucks, the absence of the brand on social networks is big, the differences between iOS and Android are a lot, some times looks like an app with bunch of feature…

  7. Independent balance for each currency.

    When creating a secondary currency, instead of convert it to the main currency, show independent balance, and analytics. I leave in a country with a very unstable coin, so converting USD to ARS is desired.

  12. Error: CSV Imports stopped working

    Previously, I used to upload transactions from csv fine, I send file to email, and it shows up as expected, and transactions are parsed.
    But now, I have uploaded a new transactions' file with new name and for several days there were no records imported. Could you help?

  14. How does PAYPAL work?

    I tried to synchronize the PAYPAL account. BUT it's really a disaster....
    When I make online payments and as a payment method I use PAYPAL, the app (android or web) counts me 2 times that expense. One on the PAYPAL account and then later on the account where PAYPAL goes to withdraw. Am I doing something wrong or does it actually work that way?

  15. Accounts not synchronizing

    The app stopped accepting my bank accounts (2) since September . I already contacted the support twice without any answer. In the mobile app it says that the "The banking connection is temporarily unavailable. Your connection is expected to be available again on 10/30/2023" this is the 3rd time the date changes since September now it's 10/30/2023. This is unacceptable in my opinion and I want my money back.

  16. im unable to see expenses without having transfers between my own accounts registered in them. Makes transfers look like expenses.

    Everytime i Include transfers between my own accounts it registers it as an expense.
    I love the app for its versatility in letting us have multiple accounts tracked but what is the point if the information is used incorrectly?

    i have no way of quickly seeing what my actual expenses are

  17. Visa expences counts twice

    I have connected my bank account and visa credit card as two separate accounts (this is only option if i want to see what exactly transactions i did) . Now at global statistics it counts visa expences twice, once per every transaction at visa and second time at bank when at the end of month amount of spended money at visa credit card witdraws from bank, what can i do to prevent that? It drives me crazy. At global statistics it says that i spended twice more than I really did.

  19. Search and keywords not working

    Search function (in records) is not proving the results it should.
    If i copy a words from a record's notes (record from synced back), and paste in search i get results.

    If i type normally the same word, no results.
    Exact same thing happens in Keywords in Automatic Rules.

    Happens both in Android and Web

  20. Emirates NBD transactions sync issue

    I can't get a list of transactions from my Emirates NBD bank account when I sync it. It was working fine a few months ago, but now I can't get access to specific transactions (only account balance is available)?
