I purchased the app over the weekend (Premium). I was interested in the function of synchronization with bank accounts.
I set up my 4 CZ accounts (Raiffeisen, Air, Fio, CSOB). Status and old operations downloaded fine.
However, the status in the Wallet has not been updated since then. Even though Wallet claims it has been updated.
The feature I paid for is not working! How should I request a refund?

Wallet app (and probably all similar apps) only registers transactions that have been confirmed and booked by the bank. This takes 1-3 workdays usually, since you purchased during the weekend, there should be no such registers happening yet.
It is what it is, your banks work slow, not the app
