  1. category customization

    Hi,

    I recently purchased your budgeting app and will be cancelling the purchase. However, I would like to suggest the ability to freely configure categories in the future. the existing categories are not usable for me. This would make the app even more versatile and customize it to individual preferences. Thank you for your work and consideration.

  2. I cannot search my expense transaction by the category name

    Now, if i search in record by using category name, it did not work any more. I have to search by the note only, which is not the way the app should be.

  3. Bank connection to several banks not working since beggining of September, support stopped answering

    I like the app but the bank connections with most of the banks have not working since the beginning of September 2023. After contacting support it was given an ETA as tentative for October 2nd, still not working and support stopped to reply.

  4. Allow bulk manual refresh for UK bank accounts

    All UK bank accounts use open banking which has no requirement to only be refreshed automatically but despite this bank accounts from the UK have no manual refresh option.

    Please allow unlimited manual refreshes in addition to automatic refreshes for those accounts connected through Salt Edge on open banking in the UK.

    The ability for the app to be up to date to the minute is a pretty important feature to have when making transactions and opening new accounts.

  5. Why are transfers charged as an expense?

    I have marked the booking as a transfer. Nevertheless, it is charged in my expenses. Is this intentional or a bug? I have several bank accounts and transfer money back and forth frequently. Therefore, I would like that these entries are not charged in the expenses, but that transfers are a separate category next to income and expenses.

  6. unable to enter planned transfers

    I'm unable to enter planned transfers on my android device. It keeps saying 'select a category', but there is no category field on the screen. I can't believe I paid a license to have this kind of stopper error. Can someone look into this please!!!

  7. Missing info on some payments. Better auto-cathegory

    Many of payments show blank notes and any info I could use for auto categorizing. It’s frustrating I have to always set it manually what was the payment for. There should be better reading of payments, because In my bank I set notes and other apps can see them. Please improve that. Thank you

  8. Copy the amount on web version

    We are enable to copy the balance in the dashboard page. It's a small thing but can help use. Make the balance as text so that it an be copied.

  9. monthly statistics from the date of salary - automatically - iOS

    Hi,

    I would greatly appreciate a feature where the monthly statement would automatically set the start date of the month to the day my salary comes into my account. It would work on the principle of setting in which I would set a specific sender, a specific account number from which the salary comes.

    I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets paid on irregular days, always only by 5 days, which I would have to manually set every month or at least enable the manual setting of the start of the month date on the iOS platform as…

  11. Categories Explanation

    Personally, I like the default categories as they are all sufficient for all types of records. But I need an explanation for some subcategories for which types of records they are used.
    1. Free time under shopping
    2. Services under Housing
    3. Saving under Investment
    4. Checks, coupons under income
    5. Dues & grants under income
    6. Custom category

    Also, provide some guide with examples.

  15. Issue in pricicing when i first sign up for this app there is option for lifetime subscription in 1140 inr but now no option for lifetime

    Very embarassing in pricing it will hide within 1 month i am no going to take premium for this High amount i want to get offer for it

  17. Discrepancy between Spending by Categories and income and expenses in currency

    The total amount displayed under the widget "Spending by categories or labels" is different from the amount displayed under "Income & Expenses in (currency)".

    After reviewing some records, it appears that the difference comes from credit amounts in expenses.
    * in the Income & Expenses report, the amount takes into account these credit bookings.
    * in the spending pie charts, strictly debit bookings are included.

    My opinion on this matter is that
    - the two amounts should be equal, no matter the approach chosen.
    - since we expect spending categories to be globally negative, the pie charts should include these…

  20. Remaining on website location when closing editing window

    Right now the website jumps to the beginning of the page when updating the details of an expense, having to manually scroll down to where you were before. Would be better to remain on that spot
