My bank account is still not connected and I get an error. No submit request for a ticket available.
My bank account here in the Philippines is still not connected even after the key pin from the bank already confirmed it. It says that it's the app's end that has an issue. I tried submitting a ticket but no submit request button can be found no matter how much I refresh the app both on the phone and the web.
