New Planned Payments + Export records, Merge and Group Accounts + Duplicate everything!
“Planned payments” should change to “recurring payments.” In the same area it would only be for recurring payments. One-time planned payments should be recorded as an income, expense, or transfer on future dates, just as you would record on past dates or today. It is very bad to add a planned payment from just one record, then delete it. And of course, this goes for transfers too. We need to plan future and recurring transfers.
Exporting records to an offline file would be very useful for making spreadsheets, sending them to accounting or even for having a backup. Having the option to import or export records and accounts. An alternative to exporting and importing records from one account to another would be to MERGE accounts.
For those who like to organize several accounts and different situations, an ideal resource would be GROUPING ACCOUNTS. This way we could have groups on the home screen such as: Bank Accounts, Investments, Loans, Wallet, Cards,... Within these groups we would have the accounts that we currently have in the app.
Now, in my opinion, the most important new feature is: DUPLICATE. On iOS we have the option to duplicate expenses or income, but we should have this option for bills, transfers, planned payments, budgets, everything! Duplicating is a great way to organize everything. Do it in different ways and choose the best!
P.S.: There is a bug in planned payments. When you create a planned payment on an account excluded from statistics, the filter ignores the selected accounts and always shows these payments in the Outlook.
