I had the same issue at the beginning of the year. A bug in their Web App caused it. With no exports to a personal location, I've lost years of meticulously entered data. The support said they don't have restore options for my data. Currently I manually export on regular basis in case of data corruption

The accounts linked to my bank are not updating anymore. Is there an issue with the system?

I also experienced this last August. They said they would update it if they get the time but it never happened. :( I ended up just manually updating those that I can.
