Your supportbot is maddening
I just spent a rather frustrating time with your popup support bot on the web app. No matter what I said it would merely repeat "Here are some articles that might help". It felt like talking to an obstreperous four year old. Given the ubiquity of LLMs that you can actually have some sort of conversation with these days, it feels like this is worth upgrading - its not a great UX to say the least.

The bot is simply an article searcher, so it is pretty much useless in its current form. If it can't receive a ticket/request, I would vote to remove it.

I had a frustrating experience with the support system. The BOT was not helpful and I couldn't find a way to directly contact the team. The articles mention a submit ticket button, but it seems to be nonexistent. Overall, I think there is room for improvement. I am even considering exploring other alternatives.
