    How about a dynamic budget that subtracts the cumulative current payments from a fixed budget for a defined period and allocates them automatically according to desired rules. Example: my annual travel budget is 100. In the six months of the year, my actual travel payments total 40. This leaves a balance of 60 for the year. My desired rule is to allocate this balance equally over the remaining six months (i.e., 10 per month in this example).

    I thought creating planned payments in the iOS app (while waiting for this functionality on the web) would sync with the planned payments widget on the desktop. I was very surprised that this doesn't happen.
