On January 1 2023, Croatia switched its currency from kuna to euro at a fixed rate. This is something that the users of the app couldn't influence on because it was officially announced on July 12, 2022.
It is getting quite difficult managing expenses in kuna currency because the official currency now is the euro.
I think you should introduce an option to change the base currency when a country switches its currency because euro changeover will probably happen in the future to Romania and Bulgaria.
Because the currency changeover is at a FIXED rate, it probably isn't so difficult to "remove" the currency from the app and apply the rate 1 EUR = 7.5345 HRK.
The option to remove all data is probably not acceptable to most people because it isn't their fault the country changed its currency, i.e. they didn't move to another country, they didn't make a mistake of selecting a currency and then changing their mind. Imagine a scenario when the euro abolishes and all countries changeover to their original currency; Will you force most of the customers to remove their data because of something they don't have an impact on?
