An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedThere is type of account called "credit card".
An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedWell. There is something like that. If you have a credit account there is an option to provide payment date, so every month at selected day you will be notified that card must be paid.
However, I know it doesn't work like that. :) Have you checked if your bank's app can sent notifications about payment due date?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedI recommend to not use sync with bank and manage the budget manually.
Bank Sync brings more issues than benefits. -

When you will open those budgets you will get what you want. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedAbout splitting expenses
However, in the case you describe what you need is a one time budget instead of one expense record.
- create a label Holiday2023
- when you will start holiday set this label to be added automatically to all records.
Create a one-time budget that will include only records with label Holiday2023. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedTechnically everything is fine now. What might be added is grouping accounts. That way users could have group "my bank" with multiple accounts or group "wallet" with many account that will represent currencies.
But is it critical? Neh.
You may group accounts by addind a suffix in name or by giving all accounts from the same source the same color. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commented"The reason for which new categories cannot be added as the app uses machine learning that works with structured data. If users added categories themselves the data would no longer be properly interpreted by the app and its features would return statistics that are not as accurate or relevant."
:D
That's sad, but we can not expect any other answer. One thing is AI which many of us just hate. The other thing is " the app and its features would return statistics that are not as accurate or relevant.".
There are some (sub-)categories, that are hardcoded in statistics:
Housing -> Mortgage
Vehicle -> Leasing
Financial expenses -> DebtsThose 3 categories CAN NOT be touched, because they are used in statistics (Credit).
Also the whole category Incomes should not be touched. It complicates a little bit our case.
However, I am aware of it and still - I ABSOLUTELY AGREE - users should be able to manage categories and sub-categories by themselves.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedDownvote from me. Why to waste time on changing something that works well? In overall Wallet is well designed (except limit in managing categories).
I prefer to focus on functionality and fixing bugs rather than cosmetics.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedIt may be misleading.
Each record can have 1 category, but in the same time it can have up to 5 labels.Looking this way some records can be counted several times.
However, you may create a separate filter for each label and track spendings creating a widget/card (or set of widgets) on home page in app for each label.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedBtw: i agree.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedAn error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedd.1 Nope. Not everyone needs the possibility to change referral currency.
However, it is a valid request. If someone moves to a different country and decides to stay there for good, it would be necessary to change referral currency.
So I agree we should get such an option.Ad. 2. I am using Wallet for a few years and in the app I have transactions since 2006. I have never felt that I should track my expenses in all currences separately. Can you write when such approach will be beneficial?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedImplementation of changing base currency may be too difficult or even impossible. I understand it.
Premium users have possibility to export data to XLS/CSV, add column with new value and import it back to Wallet.
However, there are 2 issues:
- what with free users? They should also have such a possibility.
- what with attachments? They are not being exported so all bills after export & import will be lost. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedIdea 1 - it has no sense to track budget only on one account. Why do you want to do that?
Idea 2 - I guess you are using iPhone. Built-in calculator is available in Wallet for Android. For this you can look here:https://wallet.uservoice.com/forums/195072-general/suggestions/45263110-version-unification-betw

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedIf you talk about widgets on home screen than, as you wrote, you can choose period and filter.
I noticed that there is a problem with Wallet on Android. When you select both parameters after app's restart filters go back to defaults. However, try to set them, restart and check again.
Setting should be saved. Sometimes it is saved at second attempt, other time you will have to try 3 or more times. But sooner or later it should be saved.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedIf you want only accounts' balance you probably do not need Wallet or any other budgeting app.
Please check if your bank's app allows to connect to other banks. This way you may track ballance of your all account ls in just one bank app.

Hello there,
We encourage more users to come forward and express their interest in this feature. Once it gains more traction and we see a higher demand for it, we can pass it over to the developers for their consideration. Also, you could tell me some more use cases that help me understand the need for this. Thank you.
An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedI wonder - how do you use tags that you need so many of them?

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedAd. 1.
Forget about custom categories. The best we can do is to rename them and it will not be changed. Users asks for it for years and Wallet's team claim it is not possible.

Export your historical data from another app or bank account(s) to xls or csv and then you can import it to Wallet from webpage. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Kamil Wójcik commentedYeah, it would be useful.
In a meantime - workaround.
Remove all your goals and/or budgets and recreate them starting from the least important (the one which should be at the bottom of the list) to the most important (the one which should be on the top of the list).
Reference currency can not be changed. There is no way to convert base/reference currency to any other. This is clearly written in FAQ and help.
