  1. Balance not the same web vs ios

    The balance is different in the client. I also saw that if you archive an account it keeps adding to the total balance account, which doesn't make any sense.

    The amount of mobile is correct, because I double check using a spreadsheet. Web is missing values. But this brings some lack of confidence that things are being add up correctly.

  2. Banca Intesa Sanpaolo (Italy) sync is no longer working

    Since yesterday, Banca Intesa account is no longer syncing. Today I tried the reconnection procedure, but the bank is no longer on the list of available banks. Since it is my main account and I bought the pro version because there was the possibility of syncing Wallet to my bank, please let me know if this is temporary or not. Thank you

  3. Error when importing files with .cvs or xls format

    I need you to share with me an Excel format template to import the Bank's records. There is no connection with the Bank of Chile, nor does the application allow importing the movement files that the bank can export.

  7. Export to XLS or PDF in WebApp & iOS

    It's strange that for months together the Export feature is available only on Android but not on the WebApp or iOS! So does this mean that we have to buy an Android device to use this feature!? I love your App otherwise...but not having this Export option is downright frustrating and disappointing!

  9. Fix Bank connections and don't lie about dates to solve existing issues

    Canceling my subscriptions.
    Joined the premium plan because I could connect to my bank accounts.
    Since September, this connection has been broken, and multiple times they announced a date for this to be fixed, and all of them turned out to be false. If I can't use this, I'll cancel my subscription.

    Latest announcement - "Bank connection is temporarily unavailable. Your connection is expected to be available again from 12/25/2023"

    The connection I'm trying to make is to the Portuguese Santander bank.

  10. Your fucking app sucks, I lost my last 3 months data from one moment to another and I can't get it back after reinstalling the app what the

    I was using the app as usual and the screen went black and when I logged back in all my last 3 months of entries were gone, what the fuck
    Now I can't do anything because the team will tell me it's my problem and they won't move a damn finger.

    Suckers who developed this app, I paid for lifetime premium and want my money back

  12. Bank Integration should be more stable

    Hi. I like your application very much but there is a bug in your bank integration. Some of the banks would not sync at all. Some banks Sync works in the beginning but fails continuously. You need to put a lot of efforts to make the bank Sync more stable. Also your support needs lots of improvements particularly from the time line perspective. I have selected your app only for the reason of Bank Sync availability and if this doesn't work properly, there are hundreds of other similar applications which we can migrate to.   14. Bank sync disconnects after a day or two and cannot reconneect

    I'm having an issue where I can get my back account to sync initially, but then after a day or two it stops and needs to reconnect. However when I try to reconnect it doesn't work at all. I can disconnect and then set up the account again, but that leads to all my transactions being duplicated.

    I know this isn't an issue with my bank because there are other apps that are able to remain synced without any problem.

    For transparency my bank is Scotiabank

  16. Cannot add bank Sync with my TD account

    I have TD accounts (one chequing and one credit card), and I tried to add them via bank sync in the wallet app after purchase. But every time it asks for OTP and once the OTP is entered it gives an error.

  20. Auto-assign labels to all new records

    When I set a label to be auto-assign to new records, the label is only placed on manual records, but not on records obtained from the bank connection. It would be important for these labels to be applied to all records, whether manual records or records synchronized with banks.
