Connection issue with PKO BP
For over two weeks now, my account linked with polish bank called "PKO BP", stopped syncing. On the main screen I get a warning symbol and "refresh now" button. When I hit it, I do get redirected to the progeess page "establishing secure connection -> syncing", etc. After a second or two, I get "Connection failed (wqnxw4x00Qqn)" and "An error has occurred. Please report this error."
When I try the same thing on desktop web browser, I cannot even get to the progress screen. When I click "addtional credentials" button, an info pop-up appears (attached). When I hit "submit" simply nothing happens.
The situation persists for 17 days now and nothing changes. Symptoms are the same all the time.
It cumulates with a similar issue with another bank of mine - Alior. But there at least I see a comment that it might be back online on 03.10.2023...
I would really appreciate, if you could try to fix. It makes the app useless, if I need to type all my transactions manually.

Alior still doesn't work, also Pekao S.A. and PKO.I correspond with them for more than 2 months now and every time they give me ETA next week. Meanwhile another polish bank disappeared from the list.
