Caixa Geral de Depositos
I purchased Wallet recently and I was satisfied and pleased with the app, it had helped me define a budget and get an overview of my expenses but one day, my bank, named in the title stopped syncing and updating data.
The mobile app had no information as to why this was the case, I tried day after day to no avail. It was only when I checked the web version that I discovered that my bank would be unavailable for syncing until the 26th of November, today.
Today I opened the app tried to sync, same mistake. I check the web version and now I'm being told my bank will only be available for sync on the third of next month.
I can understand a temporary downtime due to API changes, or technical overhaul, I used to work in the tech industry so I understand that sometimes downtime is needed but we're nearing the point where the downtime is becoming unreasonable and I'm starting to regret my purchase.
I would appreciate, first of all, better communication from the mobile app as to why some technical issue may be occurring, and better communication as to why the issue is occurring.

Same happened to me! I was a very happy user of Wallet by Budgetbakers until Caixa Geral de Depósitos ceased to sync with my paid Premium account. Totally unacceptable, since other apps work/sync with this bank, but not Wallet. Why?

This is very strange.
For more than 3 years I pay the app and now all major banks in Portugal are not available. Not only Caixa Geral de Despósitos but also Santander Portugal
