Need to repair some glitch for samsung fold
We all have samsung fold and when we want to choose the date of the particular entry entered then not showing ok button to select when my screen in open . Plz repair

Back on December 18th, 2022, I meticulously reported a persistent bug to the support team, ensuring every detail was provided under ticket #264577. Fast forward to today, October 11th, 2023, and what do we have? A deafening silence and zero resolution from the team supposed to handle it.
It’s glaringly obvious: They have no intention of fixing it. Numerous weeks have transformed into months, and despite investing our hard-earned money into their services, we are left stranded, with no semblance of resolution or even an iota of interest from their side to mitigate the situation. This is a blatant slap in the face to us, the dedicated, PAYING customers.
Is it an unreasonable request to expect a service, which our money has paid for, to operate correctly, or - at the very least - to receive a modicum of customer support?!
This is not only a demonstration of utter disregard for their customer base but also a stark showcase of an alarming deficit in customer service ethics and effectiveness at Wallet Company (Budget Bakers)
