Lazy budgetbakers support
This is a feedback on how the budgetbakers support works.
They release a new update and without checking whether my problem has been fixed, they offload their work on me by saying that I should go ahead and check if by any chance the new update hasn't fixed my problem. They have no clue if it's been fixed or not.
Am I the only one who thinks that this is not how support should work?
IMHO, if the reported problem is something that developers need to fix, the problem should be tracked properly and the support should get back to me only when the developers and quality engineers mark the problem as resolved.

At least they get back to you. I have done everything I could to reach them repeatedly regarding issues with importing Excel files since January 2023 ... not a single response or even acknowledgement. Sincerely regret buying the lifetime premium subscription for this app, and I have been strongly condemning this app to all my friends who ask me for a good expense app recommendation.
The only good thing that came out of this experience is that I now know how to create my own full-fledged expense tracker dashboard using Excel and Power BI.
