Family vault
Right now, only the admin can create a shared group with linked accounts. However, you should consider shared vaults in the way 1password does it. Once the admin has created a group (in my case a family group) and invited members to join, any member with admin rights can move accounts from their personal wallet to the family group/wallet.
Use case: My husband has a private credit card that I cannot add to my own account obviously. However we want to track his spends along with other shared accounts in our family group. Currently there is no way to do this because I am the group admin and don't have access to his private wallet accounts.

If this is a private credit card shouldn't it be... private. ;)
Your husband may export this account's records to XLS. Then you will be able to create new account in your Wallet, import previously exported data and share this account.
