  9. Accounts not synchronizing

    The app stopped accepting my bank accounts (2) since September . I already contacted the support twice without any answer. In the mobile app it says that the "The banking connection is temporarily unavailable. Your connection is expected to be available again on 10/30/2023" this is the 3rd time the date changes since September now it's 10/30/2023. This is unacceptable in my opinion and I want my money back.

  11. im unable to see expenses without having transfers between my own accounts registered in them. Makes transfers look like expenses.

    Everytime i Include transfers between my own accounts it registers it as an expense.
    I love the app for its versatility in letting us have multiple accounts tracked but what is the point if the information is used incorrectly?

    i have no way of quickly seeing what my actual expenses are

  12. Visa expences counts twice

    I have connected my bank account and visa credit card as two separate accounts (this is only option if i want to see what exactly transactions i did) . Now at global statistics it counts visa expences twice, once per every transaction at visa and second time at bank when at the end of month amount of spended money at visa credit card witdraws from bank, what can i do to prevent that? It drives me crazy. At global statistics it says that i spended twice more than I really did.

  13. Search and keywords not working

    Search function (in records) is not proving the results it should.
    If i copy a words from a record's notes (record from synced back), and paste in search i get results.

    If i type normally the same word, no results.
    Exact same thing happens in Keywords in Automatic Rules.

    Happens both in Android and Web

    I recently purchased your budgeting app and will be cancelling the purchase. However, I would like to suggest the ability to freely configure categories in the future. the existing categories are not usable for me.     Now, if i search in record by using category name, it did not work any more. I have to search by the note only, which is not the way the app should be.

  16. Bank connection to several banks not working since beggining of September, support stopped answering

    I like the app but the bank connections with most of the banks have not working since the beginning of September 2023. After contacting support it was given an ETA as tentative for October 2nd, still not working and support stopped to reply.

  17. Allow bulk manual refresh for UK bank accounts

    All UK bank accounts use open banking which has no requirement to only be refreshed automatically but despite this bank accounts from the UK have no manual refresh option.

    Please allow unlimited manual refreshes in addition to automatic refreshes for those accounts connected through Salt Edge on open banking in the UK.

    The ability for the app to be up to date to the minute is a pretty important feature to have when making transactions and opening new accounts.

  18. Bank Integration should be more stable

    Hi. I like your application very much but there is a bug in your bank integration. Some of the banks would not sync at all. Some banks Sync works in the beginning but fails continuously. You need to put a lot of efforts to make the bank Sync more stable. Also your support needs lots of improvements particularly from the time line perspective. I have selected your app only for the reason of Bank Sync availability and if this doesn't work properly, there are hundreds of other similar applications which we can migrate to.   20. Missing info on some payments. Better auto-cathegory

    Many of payments show blank notes and any info I could use for auto categorizing. It’s frustrating I have to always set it manually what was the payment for. There should be better reading of payments, because In my bank I set notes and other apps can see them. Please improve that. Thank you
