outlook vs. budget vs. planned payments
Although the budget and planned payments are good in theory, they really do need to link back into the cash outlook so you know how much money you have remaining based on projected spending (not just actual spending).
For example, you have a range of fixed repayments every month on certain dates. But then you have $2000 allocated for spending for the month which is not allocated to one individual future transaction, but instead a range of purchases. You can put this under the budget, but it's not considered part of the outlook report, unless you spend from it. The entire $2000 should form part of the outlook (or at least the option to show it), as it's an allocated amount in your budget for the month. The other option is to put it as part of the planned payments, but when you confirm it, give the option to confirm multiple transactions, not just one, then the balance remaining becomes the new figure.

For me this is critical!!! I think it's a big missing feature from Budgetbakers. Please imporve this one. People want to know how much will have on the future based on their income and expenses and future income and expenses.
